‼️Rhode Island mother SUED by the local teachers union for asking about her child’s kindergarten curriculum.
When Nicole Solis discovered her child’s curriculum wasn’t available online or anywhere in the district, she sought answers. After being told that children are not referred to as boys or girls & all students were being inundated with gender theory, she was told to file public records requests for any further communication.
However, after filing said requests, her name was added to the agenda of a school board meeting at which the board decided to sue her for “too many requests.”
Parents like Nicole need to keep speaking up & fight for their rights as parents to be aware of what is happening in their child’s life. This shameless & alarming separation of a concerned parent from their child is destroying public trust in the education system, & if public schools want to save their reputation, this behavior has to stop.
No wonder so many parents are making the decision to homeschool their children.
